Are there limits on the number of rules or products?

The number of rules and the number of products they can be applied to are unlimited. However, due to Shopify's specifications, the total number of checkout rules across all apps in a store is limited to a maximum of 25.

What support is available?

Phone and online meeting support are not provided. Please contact us via the inquiry form.

Can I configure rules at the variant level?

Yes, this is supported.

Can I apply a rule to multiple products at once?

Yes. This is possible from the Products page.

Can I configure rules at the collection level?

This is not directly supported. However, you can filter products by collection and apply rules to them in bulk.

Will my plan carry over when transitioning from a development store to a live store?

The development store plan does not carry over to the live store. You will need to subscribe to a plan again.

Can I use variables in alert messages?

Variables are not supported for alert messages. They are only available for product messages.
