The following are common causes of orders being placed outside the selling period.
A paid plan subscription is required to use the app. Even for development stores, a paid test plan is required.
Check the status on the selling period rules screen and change from "Disabled" to "Enabled" if needed.
If the target product is not linked to the selling period rule, apply the rule to the product.
The date/time configured in selling period rules is based on your store's timezone setting. Check the timezone in Shopify Admin. After changing the timezone, you will need to manually update existing rules.
With payment methods that redirect to an external page (such as KOMOJU), it can be difficult to block order completion after the selling period ends. As a workaround, it is recommended to hide such payment methods using RuffRuff Order Limits or similar apps.
Since the app uses the Cart and Checkout Validation API, it may not function properly during a Shopify outage.
If an order was placed outside the selling period, you will need to explain the situation to the customer and process a cancellation.
