Countdown timer not displayed

The following are possible reasons why the countdown timer is not displayed.

The countdown timer requires an app block to be added in the theme editor.

Please add the block with the following steps:

1. From Shopify Admin, go to "Online Store" → "Themes"

2. Click "Customize" for your current theme

3. Open the product page, then add the "Countdown Timer (RuffRuff Selling Periods)" block from "Add block"

Adding the app block alone is not enough to display the timer. You also need to enable it in the selling period rule.

Check the following:

1. Open the target selling period rule

2. In the "Before selling period" or "During selling period" section, confirm that "Show countdown timer (Only available on Online Store 2.0)" is checked

The countdown timer can only be added to product templates. It is not displayed on collection pages, the home page, or any other non-product pages.

Please check the display on the product page for the target product.

The countdown timer is only displayed before and during the selling period. It is not displayed after the selling period has ended.

Check the start and end date/time of the rule applied to the target product.
