A product message is text shown on the product page. You can show different text before, during, and after the selling period.
It appears at the following times.
Timing | When it appears |

Before the selling period | Before the start date and time |
During the selling period | From the start date and time through the end date and time |
After the selling period | After the end date and time. Available only when an end date and time is set |
Tip: If you leave the field empty, no product message appears for that timing.
The position depends on the cart button state.
During the selling period, it appears above or below the cart button
Before and after the selling period, it appears where the cart button was
With product messages, you can do the following.
Format text with bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, and text color
Insert a link
Show the start and end date and time with variables
Move the position above or below the cart button
Change the background color, border color, and text color
